Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Closing Date

Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Monday, 24th December 2018. Any entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

2. Entry Requirements

• Participation in this competition is free of charge, and no purchase is necessary.
• Entrants must be 16 years or older and residents of the United Kingdom.
• If an entrant is under 16 years old, a parent’s contact number must be provided.

3. How to Enter

• Entrants must follow both @premierebrand.co.uk and @makeuplondonacademy on Instagram.
• Entrants must tag at least three friends in the comments section of the competition post.
• A valid Instagram account is required to participate.

4. Ineligibility

Employees of Premiere Brand Agency and Make-Up London Academy (MLA), as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

5. Prize Details

• The prize(s) are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered.
• One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message after the competition closes, during the week commencing 5th November 2018.
• The winner will receive full details on how to claim and use their prize. They will also be invited to Premiere Brand Agency’s offices for the formal awarding of their contract.

6. Potential for Other Entrants

While only one winner will be officially selected, Premiere Brand Agency may reach out to other entrants if they demonstrate potential. However, unlike the official winner, these individuals will be required to go through the standard Premiere model application process and protocols.

7. Claiming the Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, Premiere Brand Agency reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

8. Winner Announcement

• The winner’s name can be obtained by emailing info@premierebrand.co.uk within 30 days of the prize draw closing.
• The winner’s name may also be published on the official social media profiles of Premiere Brand Agency and Make-Up London Academy.

9. Final Decision

Premiere Brand Agency’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Legal Governance

• This competition and its terms & conditions are governed by English law.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

• Any personal data collected, such as email addresses or contact numbers, will be used solely for the administration of this competition in compliance with UK data protection laws.
• Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties without prior consent.

12. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other social network.

13. Agreement to Terms

By entering this competition, participants indicate their full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
