First and foremost, as we are often asked this question, Premiere Brand Agency is a full-fledged modelling agency. This means we represent and manage models, secure work for them across various modelling genres, and earn a commission from their bookings.
A model does not necessarily need professional images to apply to Premiere, as long as their natural photos meet an acceptable standard. After all, just as you wouldn’t attend a job interview looking unkempt, first impressions matter in the modelling industry as well.
At Premiere, we only accept applicants we genuinely believe have the potential to succeed. It’s important to remember that in this industry, beauty is in the eye of the beholder—the paying client. Your success is not determined by how you perceive your own looks, height, figure, or physique, but rather by what clients are looking for when hiring models. However, as your agency, we advocate for you, as it is in our best interest to secure you as much work as possible.
For this reason, potential models can come from all backgrounds, regardless of height, size, age, race, or ethnicity.
If we offer you the opportunity to join Premiere, rest assured that we will provide you with extensive modelling exposure and publicity. You will also have access to our network of model bookers. And if you don’t succeed, at least you’ll know you gave it your best shot.
Register to become a model by filling out our online application form. You will need to submit at least 2–3 pictures, which can be natural or professional.
After submission, you will receive an automatic welcome email with your login details—please keep this information safe. However, this does not mean you have been accepted yet. Your profile will not be activated until we review your application.
If you experience any difficulties with the form, you may alternatively send your pictures along with your contact details, age, height, size (if female), location, and any other relevant information to: applications@premierebrand.co.uk
Our new model recruitment team will review your application and contact you if we wish to proceed. If selected, we will arrange an interview at our offices.
If we are unable to reach you, we will send an email and text requesting you to get back to us quickly before all model placements are filled. If you have not been contacted within three working days, you are welcome to follow up with us regarding your application status.
Your interview will last between 30 minutes to an hour and will include:
If accepted, the Polaroids taken during your interview may be added to your professional profile, alongside any existing professional images. Any serious model should have Polaroids, as they demonstrate professionalism and readiness to clients.
What to Bring to the Interview
Please note that all of this is required only if you are accepted.
You will be informed of the outcome of your interview. If accepted, we will outline the terms of your acceptance and provide you with a model contract to sign.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign the contract on your behalf. You also have the option to take the contract home and return it at a later date if needed.
Within 14 working days, your profile will be uploaded to our agency site under the most relevant model board, such as:
We also require your signed contract before your profile goes live.
Once your profile is published, you may request updates (e.g., new photos, headline images, measurements, etc.), but these changes must be approved by our model profile team, which may take up to two working days.
If you look at the top models in the UK, you will notice that their portfolios include magazine covers, editorial spreads, location shoots, and more. This is how a model builds credibility and experience—a goal we hope to help you achieve. However, your effort and dedication are just as important as ours.
Any reputable modelling agency will tell you that success in modelling is a two-way street. While Premiere is responsible for representing you, we need your active participation to ensure your career progresses.
Here’s what we expect from you:
1. Professional Communication & Time-Keeping
Always be punctual and responsive. Clients value reliability.
2. Accepting Jobs When Available
Take on as many jobs as possible within your availability. For example, if you are a student, weekends and school holidays are ideal.
3. Quick Responses to Job Offers
Clients have many models to choose from, so if you delay responding, they may book someone else. Neither the agency nor the client will wait too long.
4. Professionalism in All Communications
When communicating with the agency or clients, avoid informal texting or emails. Treat every interaction as a professional engagement.
5. Keeping the Agency Updated on Your Availability
If your schedule changes (e.g., traveling, exams, illness), inform us immediately. Our model bookers work hard to secure jobs, and last-minute cancellations can damage both your and the agency’s reputation.
6. Reporting Delays or Issues Immediately
If you are lost, running late, or unable to make it to a booking, inform the agency as soon as possible. Failing to do so might not result in immediate removal from our books, but it could lower your priority for future opportunities.
Final Thoughts
At Premiere Brand Agency, we are committed to giving our models the best opportunities possible. However, success requires dedication, professionalism, and collaboration. If you’re ready to take your modelling career seriously, we look forward to working with you!
