Model Bookers/Agents – Experienced and Trainee Positions Available

Premiere is experiencing rapid growth and expansion, and as a result, we are looking to strengthen our team by recruiting skilled and motivated model bookers/agents. Given the diversity of our models—ranging from high-end to commercial, tall to petite, plus-size to child and mature models—we seek equally diverse and talented bookers to join our team.

At Premiere, our primary mission is to help aspiring models secure as many paid opportunities as possible, across various sectors. Most of our models are versatile and open to a wide range of assignments. Additionally, our agency was established to counteract the increasing number of industry scams, where unscrupulous studios charge hopeful models exorbitant fees with false promises of work.

Although Premiere is based in London—the fashion capital—our models are located throughout the UK, and so is the work we secure for them. In some cases, we also place models in international opportunities. If you are passionate about the industry but lack experience in model booking, we encourage you to apply, as training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary role will not be to scout new models but rather to secure paid work for our existing talent

• Proactively seek job opportunities for our models through various channels, including social media and industry platforms.
• Engage with potential clients, introduce them to our models, and negotiate fees and contract terms.
• Secure a wide range of paid assignments for our models, ensuring they align with their skills and attributes.
• Represent the agency in a professional and assertive manner.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the models under your care, particularly when working with underage talent.
• Be comfortable with cold calling and client outreach to expand our network of opportunities

While we are based in South London, we also welcome applications from part-time bookers and those who prefer to work remotely.

Booking Assignments

Models join Premiere primarily to secure paid work. As a booker, your role will involve:

• Reviewing job details and matching them with suitable models based on their attributes.
• Carefully assessing each opportunity and negotiating contract terms and fees on behalf of the models.
• Paying close attention to detail and developing strong industry awareness to maximize opportunities.

Client and Job Sourcing

Premiere will fully support your efforts, including funding advertising to attract clients. However, you will be responsible for directing the agency on the best strategies to maximize results. Additionally, you should actively seek out clients with ongoing modelling needs. This may involve making calls, arranging meetings, and securing partnerships.

Multitasking and Organization

This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, as you will be managing multiple assignments and handling various responsibilities simultaneously. Key skills include:

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Acting as the liaison between our models and clients, ensuring seamless communication.
• Ensuring models arrive punctually and professionally prepared for assignments, as their conduct reflects directly on the agency.
